October 24th, we'll be having our 6th game in a series of fundraiser tournaments at 2:00 @ Norma Jeanes on Dixie at Britannia Rd. Buyins start at 1:30.

The buy-in is $40 for 2000 chips with a $20 optional donation for 2000 more.

There are re-buys, if busted before the first break, and they are a full $60 for 4000 chips, so we have found that drastically reduced the donk-fest factor in our previous games.

There is an optional $60 add-on for 6000 chips at the end of 90 minutes.

The prize pool is comprised of 100% of the initial $40 plus 1/2 of all the add-on and re-buys, and has averaged about $1800 split 4 or 5 ways, with about 25 players showing up each game.

As an additional bonus, there is a leaderboard being kept to award free seats into a finale tournament in April 2010, after hopefully 12 tournaments. The finale will be held in Niagara Falls. 9 seats have been reserved for the leaderboard so far, with another couple being added each game.
