Hey all,

Cool poker type stuff going on during this holiday weekend:

----------------------------------------------------------
Saturday Night Tournament and Cash Game:

Dan Knop is one of the regular members of the group. He's planning on running a tournament Saturday Night at 7:30 pm followed by a cash game afterwards. I believe he's doing our regular $10.00 tournament entry fee.

Give him a call or text at 813-293-2007 for directions and information if you're interested in attending that.

----------------------------------------------------------
Sunday Day Game (Starting at 12:00 Noon until around 6:00 pm)

I'm planning on starting the medium stakes day game ($10 min-$100 max buy-in) this weekend as well.

General format for this will be:

(1) Players get to call a game when it is their choice. I'll make a general list of game choices allowed and we can expand or veto things as necessary.

(2) Each game will run for 8-10 hands depending on the game before proceeding to the person next to them.

(3) The next person will than get to call a game and have that run for the determined amount of hands.

(4) Stakes will be set at (.25/.50 blinds)(.05 antes)(.10 bring-ins) as appropriate.

(5) Limit games will be set at three bets and a cap.
For example: Stud Hi would be $1.00 max per player if capped on third and fourth streets and than $2.00 max per player if capped on fifth, sixth, and seventh streets. A few aggressive players in a hand that gets maxed out on betting can easily result in twenty dollar hands at this level.

(6) Usual casino rules will apply for heads-up limit play in regards to there being no caps on the betting - in other words - if two players really want to they can raise and re-raise each other endlessly once they are the only players left in the hand.

(7) Usual casino table rules and procedures will apply for no-limit and pot-limit games.

(8) Other stuff will be added and tweaked as necessary.

-----------------------------------------------------------
Sunday Night Tournament (Starting at 7:30 pm):

As is usual around major holidays I am running a $20 buy-in, deep stack, NL Hold'Em tournament on Sunday. I'm planning on starting this at 7:30 pm SHARP because of the longer blind levels and deeper stacks.

Blind levels are twenty minutes for these tournaments - so if you're going to be running late give us a call and we can blind you out or simply buy you in if it's still during the first level.

Usual cash game after that and on Monday Night at 8:00 pm.

------------------------------------------------------------

See everybody Sunday and Monday night (and Saturday if you're at Dan's! place).....
