Fox Valley Poker League Meetup December Meetup

This will be the very first Meetup for Fox Valley Poker League Meetup!
We'll use the time to get to know each other, talk about being Poker Players, and will hold a no-limit tournament after a brief tutorial if needed for new players.

For those asking for the location, we are in the process of securing a location in South Elgin to be the home of our Poker Meetups. I will be posting the exact location in the next two weeks. If the South Elgin location doesn't come through I have an arrangement for a smaller space in the North Aurora area.

The chip sets have been ordered and will be arriving this week. Our initial chip set is a 2000 chip tournament set, with no dollar values on the chips. This is required to ensure the games have no intent of cash value as we are all playing for points and bragging rights.

The tournament director (me) has 20 new sets of KEM cards waiting to be shuffled up and dealt. The website for the Fox Valley Poker League where league standings will be tracked as well is almost complete.
